Our main reason for existence is Jesus.  It is all about what He has done.  It is about His life, His ministry, His message, and His purpose.

It is not about what He can do for me, but what He has already done for us.  It is about what He did and continues to do today.  Lives are changed when we focus on what He has done.

Jesus is about redemption.  Redeeming a world that wants to think and act on its own.  Often times that independent thinking and acting can get folks into trouble.  We do have a choice in how we live our lives, when we recognize that there is greater joy when we live for Him, there is hope.

Thank you for checking out our website and our church.  What a privilege it is to serve the Lord in Castle Rock, CO in the early part of the 21st century.

CRBC takes its stand on the changeless Word of God as expressed in the following STATEMENT OF FAITH:

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily
resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in
power and glory.

4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

The ever elusive “why do we exist” question looms on every churches horizon. At CRBC we filter every idea, program, and budget request through our mission statement. If what is suggested or planned doesn’t fit into our mission, then we don’t do it.

Our purpose at Castle Rock Bible Church can be summarized in a seven short words:

Our mission is based on two teachings of Jesus:
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart …soul and …mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:36-40)
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe…” Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. (Mark 16:15-20)

As a CRBC family member we serve the world by:

  • worshipping God with sincere expression.
  •  sharing the Good News of Jesus with others.
  •  connecting with others in meaningful relationships.
  • preparing disciples to fulfill their purpose.
  • encouraging leaders in their God-given destiny.
